Project SIDEREUS Organises a Training Session on Internationalisation Opportunities in China
As part of the follow-up activities to the main Sidereus event that was held in Beijing, China in November 2008, Filas is organising a three-day training session on business opportunities in China to stimulate the growth of and interest in International opportunities in China.

Expert attorneys from specialised International legal studios will conduct the three-day training session. The main issues that will be addressed include:
• The overall context for foreign investments in China
• Market Analysis
• Main types of investment and business agreements
• Fiscal discipline
• Resolution of commercial controversies
• Patents and Intellectual Property Rights
The training session is free of charge and limited to a maximum of 40 participants.
This initiative has been devised to consolidate and promote the further development of the good results obtained by the enterprises that participated in the bilateral meetings in Beijing as well as to provide specific information to SMEs aiming to internationalise. The success of the Beijing event has lead Filas to implement further support activities aimed at strengthening commercial relations amongst European and Asian enterprises.
These training sessions are part of a series of follow-up activities to the SIDEREUS project that also includes a new matchmaking session to be held on June 11, 2009 in Rome between European and Asian enterprises.
